Project — Naming, Brand Identity
Synapse Search is a start-up within The Umbrellar Group. We were tasked with naming, creating a brand and the foundations for the new team to launch and grow their business.
Our approach —
We researched the sector and knew we needed to show the strong industry experience from the founder coupled with the keen, fresh talent recently hired. It was about pairing the expertise with fresh thinking and capturing that in the brand.
Search is about so much more than just SEO or Adwords — it’s about intelligent connections that enable businesses to grow — It’s about being found by the right people, in the right places, at the right time. We envisaged the synapses of the internet, sparking and connecting and building new bridges, building powerful new synapses….
Synapse Search was born!
We created a brand platform with suite of graphics that would set the Synapse team up to craft and create social posts, white papers, ads etc ongoing, empowering them to generate content on their own.

My tasking and delivery for this client:
Leading workshops and strategic sessions with client and our team, working through the brand strategy to lock in our position.
Leading our design team and the client through the branding creation and through to brand launch.
