I had the pleasure of working on the Reserve Bank Annual Reports for probably 7 years with our team. For several years we’d been talking with them on how we could make some of the content more interactive and the comms team had commissioned various animations and videos over the last few years.

This year we took the plunge and created a fully digitised annual report.
The print version was still produced as well this year, it will be interesting to see what happens year on year in this space.

My role —
Design/layout and collaboration with the Strategy Team on the print design.
And design/layout in the CMS of the online version.

I also collaborated with the Dev Academy team we worked with for the online experience, project managing the build the first year and project managed the customisation and re-population the second year.

This was a bespoke online experience built out in Orchard with the goal that the customer would be able to populate their own content in this CMS year on year with minimal development work on updating the theme.
