Project — Branding and digital character creation

A fantastic opportunity to work with the dedicated team at Elephanta Marketing. Elephanta import toy product to New Zealand from all over the world, things such as Meccano, and other cool toys products.

They were working on furthering their social media activities when we met them, and looking for ways to engage with their young audience through a range of channels. We worked with them to bring more personality to their brand. The first step was to give the wonderful name Elephanta a character to match, a brand ambassador, who will give them the facility to further their social activities, by bringing him out in real life, or using him as a tool for social conversation via their kids clubs etc.

He has been used on their website, in social and Television ads to date. We can't wait to see what he does next.

Team — We have worked with super talented crew in Sydney at Watermark to create our little elephant illustrations and then with Teaspoon in Wellington, an animation company to bring him to life, he's just awesome.

My role — Design and Project Management
Brand asset design to integrate the character ‘elephant’ into the brand and a logo refresh.
